Welcome to the City of Boston’s Rental Registration Portal. Here you can register a rental property for the first time, renew existing registrations, or close a registration if you sell a property. Please read the instructions on each page carefully.
If you are new to our system, please create an online account. If you are having trouble logging in to an existing account, please do not create a new one. Instead, give us a call at 617-635-1010. We would be happy to assist you.
If you are unable to view an existing registration when you log in to your account, give us a call at 617-635-1010. This usually just means that the registration has not been associated with your online account in our database. We will be happy to add your records to your account and get you on your way.
